dot Shuttle

Thanks to funding support from the city of Savannah, CAT operates a free downtown shuttle known as the “dot”.

The dot is comprised of two loops, Forsyth and Downtown, which connect residents and visitors to Savannah’s visitor centers, parking facilities, area attractions, shops, restaurants and hotels. The shuttle arrives every ten minutes at 18 stops throughout the Historic District and is available seven days a week.

  • Pet Policy – Service dogs only
  •  Hours:
    • Monday through Friday 7 a.m.-7 p.m.
    • Saturday 10 a.m.-7 p.m.
    • Sunday 10 a.m.-6 p.m.
    • Holidays 10 a.m.-6:30 p.m. (This includes Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Christmas Eve, and New Year’s Eve. There is no service on Thanksgiving, Christmas or New Year’s Day.)

ALERT: As of September 17, 2021, due to construction in the area, CAT is unable to serve the stop at Broughton St. and Whitaker St. until further notice. The closest alternative stop is at Bryan St. and Bull St.
