Notice is hereby given that the Chatham Area Transit Authority is accepting bids for Auditing Services. Notice shall be posted in the local newspaper.

If you are interested in receiving a copy of the RFP, please indicate your interest in writing by August 30, 2008. Notification of interest in submitting a proposal must be received by 5:00 PM August 30^th.

Bids will be received until 2 P.M. September 30, 2008 at which time the bids will be opened and publicly read aloud. Any bid received after the above time will not be accepted under any circumstances. Bids are expected to be awarded within 30 days of the bid opening. Sealed bids shall be addressed to the Director of Finance, Chatham Area Transit Authority, with “PROPOSALS FOR PROVIDING AUDITING SERVICES” clearly written on the outside of the envelope. Minority owned companies are encouraged to submit bids.
