September 11-October 9 – Bay Street Parking Ban Trial
The City is temporarily banning on-street parking and implementing other traffic-calming measures on Bay Street for a month. They have partnered with us to increase service on the fare-free Liberty St. Parking Shuttle during that time. See details on our Alerts page or click here to view the trial period schedule.
October 2nd – Picnic in the Park
Enjoy fantastic music and fun family activities in beautiful Forsyth Park starting at 4:00 PM. This free, unique event features a stunning repertoire from the Savannah Philharmonic Orchestra and more! In the spirit of the event, attendees are encouraged to bring a picnic and participate in the patriotic themed picnic table contest, which always results in fun, whimsical-to-elaborate gourmet smorgasbords, accented by inspiring décor that cleverly reflects the theme. The first-, second- and third-place picnic table contest winners will win $500, $250 and $100 Parker’s cards.
