Chatham Area Transit - Always on the move!
Effective Monday, March 26th, the 60 SSU Blue Shuttle and the 61 SSU Orange Shuttle will run approximately every thirty (30) minutes. The hours of operation will remain the same, 7:30am - 4:00PM.

Thanks to our scheduling overhaul, CAT found itself with resources (time, vehicles, drivers) that we were able to devote to the development of new services. One that we were most excited about was the addition of two new routes, the 60 SSU Blue Shuttle and the 61 SSU Orange Shuttle. These routes connect student residences to campus during peak class hours, providing reliable transportation to class while easing the demand for parking on campus. After class hours, these routes expand to service nearby shopping areas and area restaurants.
We believe this new service will be an exciting new resource for the students of the Savannah State, provide reliable transportation to and from class, and expose a new group of Chatham residents to the power of public transportation.
