Happy Mother's Day! Moms typically get a lot of grief and not much consideration for what may be the toughest and most important job in the world. So to all of you, we say thank you. Today is your day, and we hope it is wonderful!
Today is another great day for Chatham Area Transit! We are holding a small ceremony to celebrate the long-awaited renovation of our Operations Facility on Gwinnett Street, followed by a neighborhood Fish Fry. Honored guests will meet in front of the CAT offices at 12:00pm for some inspiring words from our Board, and then we will all walk 1 block south to the W. W. Law Center for some food and community sharing. This is an exciting time to be at CAT, and we look forward to all of our neighbors coming out to join in our celebration!

Happy Memorial Day! Today we remember and honor those who have served and died for the greater good for all of us. They gave the ultimate sacrifice so we could live as we choose, and they deserve whatever we can do to keep their memories alive.
Please note that we will be running our brand new Holiday Service schedule today. So if you want to catch a CAT downtown to visit some of the beautiful memorials or otherwise enjoy the holiday, please check the schedules.
