CAT Board of Directors

CAT is governed by a Board of Directors which includes the nine Chatham County Commissioners and four citizen appointees, with one citizen appointee representing the disabled community.

The Chatham Area Transit Authority Board meets once a month (usually on the first Friday) at 9:30 a.m. in the 2nd Floor Commissioners' Board Room, Old Chatham County Courthouse, 124 Bull Street, Savannah, GA. These meetings are open to the public.

Amendment to CAT Act of 1986

Earlier this year, the current Board of Directors drafted a proposal to reorganize the CAT Board. Since approved, this Amendment was signed by the governor April 11, 2012. Read it here.
