As an agency that receives federal funding and that exists for the service of the community, Chatham Area Transit believes the public has a right to our financial information. We have created this part of our website to offer easy access to our budgets and financial statements. Please see a brief description of the types of files found here and then click on any of the links below to open a pdf of that file (organized by Fiscal Year with the most recent at the top).
Audited Financial Statements – The operating and capital project assistance from federal funds is subject to a financial statement audit under Government Auditing Standards and a compliance audit under Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular A-133.
Budget – A look at CAT’s expenses, revenue sources, projects, and plans for allocation.
Legislative Agenda – An overview of state and federal laws or bills that pertain to transportation and can aid in operating efficiency, innovation, and/or funding opportunities.
